How do I care for my new jewellery?
Acrylic Jewellery is Semi-Fragile and needs to be cared for! Don't drop or rough handle your jewelery, as impact easy can break or snap your jewellery. Avoid any contact with alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotion etc, as it will cause the acrylic to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and will cause the metal parts to discolour or tarnish. Store away from direct sunlight or extreme heat. To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
Always remove jewellery and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. If you are getting drunk and rolling around or doing aerobics with your bling on, do so with caution.
TEQUILA STAR does not take responsibility nor replace jewellery that has been broken or wrongly cared for.
Do you do custom order?
Yes, we do custom orders. We can change colour and size of any of the existing designs, or we can design something just for you. For full details and prices, please contact us direct with your requests for a quote.
When will I receive my order?
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 2-14 days. This does not include weekends and holidays. UK orders please allow up to 3 business days for Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, and international orders within 2 weeks, depending on where in the world you are situated. In some cases weather and postal problems may cause some delays.
All items are shipped with 1st class mail, this service does not come with a tracking number or confirmation of delivery. Upgrade your shipping by emailing me prior to buying your item/s.
You will not receive a dispatch notification when your item/s has been dispatched. If you have queries about your item, please don't hesitate to contact us, but please bare in mind the time frame mentioned above.

We ship worldwide. All shipping costs are calculated before you pay at check out.
Can I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 7 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels. All returns has to be filed and agreed upon in writing prior to goods being sent back. Refunds will exclude any P&P, and the buyer is liable for the return postage cost incurred. Items returned by post may be subject to customs charges, you will also be responsible for this cost. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
We do not accept any returns on custom made, altered, made to measure or any other item/s that are not available on our website.
